On behalf of our client, Scotholme Primary School, Ipsum (UK) Limited acted as Principal Contractor during works to refurbish the School’s main hall and year 5/6 toilet facilities.
Works included the removal of existing sanitary ware, flooring, radiators, wall tiles and the making good of plastering and retained IPS boxing within cubicles.
Each toilet block has been completed with new hygienic wall cladding, sanitary ware, radiators and flooring, with impact resistant wall cladding. barrier matting and paint decoration to the corridor areas.
Works were carried out over the Easter holiday period and meticulously scheduled to ensure works were completed prior to the school reopening to pupils.
